These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of MasterBizcalc (the "app"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

Your Account

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use the app.

Acceptable Use

• Use the app only for lawful business purposes.
• Do not attempt to access other users' data or interfere with the app's operation.
• Do not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the app or its content.
• Do not use the app to store unlawful content or content that infringes others' rights.

Subscriptions & Billing

• The app offers a free trial, after which a paid subscription applies. Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Settings page.
• After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the estimates, rates, business details, and other content you create in the app ("Your Content"). You grant us only the limited permission to store and process Your Content as needed to provide the app to you.

Calculations & Accuracy

The app provides estimates, calculations, and reports for guidance only. They are not financial, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for verifying figures and decisions before relying on them.

Availability & Changes

We aim to keep the app available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, change, or remove features, and may suspend or terminate the service, with reasonable notice where practical.

Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
